This 6' x 4' overlap entry level shed comes with a solid sheet 'OSB' floor and roof. It also features 3 fixed windows which can be positions either side of the building. Mineral roofing felt is included along with a rustic overlap cladding. The single door is secured with a butterfly catch and bearers run underneath the building to ensure that it is raised enough to prevent your building from sitting on damp ground. Shed base not included. Installation is included. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base. If the fitting team deem the ground is not suitable, the installation will be aborted. Please be aware that our fitting team will not install the building onto a non-Mercia specified portable base.
